Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
-I’ve tried and I will try again and I think it would help a lot but, right now I eat meat and dairy.

-I’ve been trying to lose weight since I was 3 years old :(, Its pretty sad

-UGGGGHHHH omfg I really don’t want to say….I wear a size 9/11 pants and a medium or large in shirts, medium in dressess (I only buy dressess from forever 21 n they don’t have numbers just L,M,S)
What was your lowest weight? How and why did you gain?
–135 and cause I went on vacation and slowly digressed.

I just lost the two people I thought were “bestfriends” . Apparently I talk to much about a guy I like. So they couldn’t tell me they had to tell eachother behind my back and everybody on facebook before it got to me. It hurts so bad Im in tears. I want to talk about it with some one but I can’t I need my real bestfriend right now 😥 , its so painful my heart literally hurts, my herats beating fast cause im so angry, and I keep replaying sad slow kesha and justin Bieber songs. I feel so betrayed! Im so angry and hurt and I don’t know which one’s worse. All this cause I really like a guy…Now finding this makes me feel like a third wheel they had to drag along like the whole time it was them against me. Like I was just some little pity friend they thought they add on to their duet to make me feel better….
I haven’t felt like this in a while and I can compare it to my first heart break when I’d just turned 13 (im 14 about to be 15)
Day 9 – Do people ever comment about your weight in a negative way?
–My friend actually told me I was tubby last year, Other than that nothing lately
Day 10-Whats the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss”
–Well, Im in I.B so when Im home I have tons of home work then I make myself workout so my free time is my workout time so no more relaxing
Day 11-Your favorite thinspo blog and why?
–Uh this one cause I can’t find a good one lol
Day 12- what do you usually eat?
–Whatever I can find that wo’t make me suicidal or crazy upset for eating it
Day 13-Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
–The way I see it is who cares how you get there as long as you get there?
Yout workout routine:
Schooldays: 90 crunches, 100 squats, dance, 8 lunges, 20 push ups, 400 arm circles, and high kneeS, then I go to school and walk to I walk around campus for 15 to 25 minutes.
Then after school I stretch, dance, and do more crunches.
Weekends: 120 squats, 150 crunches, arm lifts, booty bonus thingy from kendra playmate workout video, dance, I think its called like bike crunches?, and I go up and down on relevate, if you dance you know what it is and that shit hurts!
Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?
-They don’t know and they complain about my fatness so I guess they would care if they knew.
Your greatest fears about weight loss.
– Im scared that I’ll gain it all back and lose control. Im scared I won’t even make it
Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?
-I want to lose weight for a higher self esteem, cuter clothes, for love, a flat tummy, for guys to check me out, to be healthier. Im doing it 4 me, my family, my future bf??
Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.

Im thinking about being a pescatarian. I don’t want to give uo meat completely so I figured I could have fish, fruit, veggies, and nuts. SOUNDS easy enough. Key word SOUNDS.
I think I’d be less likely to binge and there be less for me to eat which = me eating less. I’ve been working out a lot. Im sore but I feel like I’m not sore enough so I’m not doing enough. I do 100 squats, 400 arm circles, 90 crunches, danced, 5 lunges, and 70 push ups.
Tommorow I’m going to do 100 crunches, 145 squats, 90 push ups, stretch, dance, and walk.
I’ve been looking at thinspo more to which really motivates and keeps me from stuffing my face like I did not that long ag0.

Miley cyrus cause her body is perfect! She is so gorgeous and her hair is so amazing…even if sometimes it’s not all hers but it still looks so good.
I adore her flat little tummy! She has nice legs to. People hate on her but If I looked lie that I’d be dressing like that too!
