Apetite…something I don’t have right now. Which is good except my life is hell! When Im upset I don’t eat so theres a good thing that comes with the bad. I’ve a cheating gay dad, anorexia, I don’t see my family, I have a horrible relationship with my mom, I don’t have any real friends to vent to, and now I’ve another problem.

It makes me write songs and keeps me from eating but pain is miserable 😥

    Hey Angy,
    Im back on with trying to lose the MASSIVE amount of weight I have gained since trying to eat normally! In total I gained 2 stones, (Approx 26llbs) and i feel absolutely disgusting. I’m sticking to 300 cals per day and I have joined a fab new gym which is open untll 11pm so Im heading there tonight and most nights from now on!! Need some encouragement. How old are you by the way??
    Hope you are keeping well iF things get really s**t then keep writing – post some of your songs on here! x x

    Aaah! American? Im english…..Lost 7llbs since sat so really pleased! Now its going to slow down but I have this brill app on myiPhone which tracks EVERYTHING I eat- its awesome!

    I just gotta say this. I hate that picture, you can see the girl is naturaly thin, but you can also see that she’s just sucking air in. I noticed it because of the rib cage is sticking out in a un-natural way.

    But anyway. A good advice for you that I’ve got is that even if you don’t feel like eating at all, you should eat at least a fruit or two during the day. You will have consumed at least a good amount of calories not to get a hunger headache, and you’ll still have the energy that you’ll need to do your exercise rutine. And you’ll avoid more sever stuff like low blood pressure, low blood sugar, and faintness.
